RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thanks for shopping at Chris & Chris Home.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
FedEx Standard is included in the purchase of your Chris & Chris kitchen cart.
If you purchase accessories on their own and the total value is under $50 a flat fee of $25 will be applied at check out.
Estimated delivery time
FedEx Standard should deliver between 3-5 business days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Chris & Chris is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If the carton appears to be compromised upon delivery, please contact Chris & Chris email@example.com with photos of the damaged box and do not assemble until we give further instructions. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
